With over twenty-five years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, business owner and investor, Jeff has gained extensive knowledge in the purchase/sale of businesses, business valuation, commercial real estate brokerage, investment analysis, commercial lending, negotiation, sales and business management.
With a proven track record of successfully brokering countless sale transactions for his clients throughout his previous career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, together with his personal experience operating and buying & selling multiple businesses of his own, Jeff understands the mindset of business owners and is an effective dealmaker focused on achieving the best results for Chapel Group’s clientele.
Whether it’s advising on identifying acquisition opportunities, properly positioning a business for sale or helping to manage the mechanics of the sale, Jeff acts as a guide helping clients navigate this complicated and nuanced process.
As the President of Chapel Group Inc., Jeff leads the day-to-day operations of the Business and assists with advising its clientele in the areas of business valuation, growth & exit strategies and deal structuring & execution.

Andy MacIntyre

Andy is a third-generation Funeral Director with over two decades of experience. Throughout his professional career, Andy has both worked within his family’s funeral home and managed his own. He has also gained years of experience in various sales & business development roles servicing funeral home owners across the Country. This has instilled in Andy a deep understanding of the North American funeral profession, and his fellow peers, that few others possess.
As a very well-known individual within the Canadian funeral profession, Andy has an extensive network to draw upon when advising clients looking to either buy/grow, or sell their funeral home businesses.
Andy holds both an Ontario Funeral Directors License and an Ontario Mortgage Agent License. With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, he assists Chapel Group’s clientele with identifying the right financing/mortgage solutions for their needs.
As the Vice-President of Chapel Group Inc., Andy is the head of business development for the Organization and is focused on growing its referral network, sourcing new acquisition opportunities, advising clients on growth & exit strategies and financing.
